Thank you for this episode. I specifically work with starseeds and old souls on their relationship to food and how to navigate operating this machine of the human body. I help them to understand the internal hardware (the biology), how it has been hacked by the food industry and how to use consciousness and energetics to be in control and in flow here on Earth. I love the podcast and this episode especially made me happy. ❤🙏🏾
