Loved this podcast.Its normal that u dont do all day some spiritual staff.I sit on laptop a lot,music not that mutch.For that i go to partys I love to dance.Thats my thing.Love psy and hardcore,hardstyle.Now im sunbathing and listen you. Spending time wisely. I dont listen anything when im walking in forrest or cycling cos i dont take my phone.

I loved this podcast! So brilliant, thank you 🙏 This is such an important subject on so many levels. Mainly now I want to say that if we were all aware of these levels of thoughts .. we would be quicker to notice a negative suggestion that did not originate in us ..
