This is brilliant and so on point! For many, many years I was that person over giving and trying to fix/heal/enlighten all those around me and for a while now, I have gone to the other end of the spectrum with non-intervention and as you say “playing their game”. This is the time for me to find the gentle and sometimes pointed way (depending on the circumstance) to step in and speak up. It feels so imperative these days yet I don’t want to fall back into “rescuing”. Thanks for this, EA! 🙏💖💫

Def came at the best time! Much appreciated.... been struggling with this for a few years now.... my boundaries have gotten much better! However, the need to get people to wake up can be overwhelming but now understanding more and more that we just need to be there and maybe ask what they need rather then give what we think.... I LOVED when you mentioned the chat with family... *family member* how was you day *me* I did yoga meditated astral travelled etc.... So good thank you for reminding us!👽
